CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Introduction

This action is implemented in agreement with the Commercial Police of the Canton of Vaud. The funds collected by this action are considered as donations and are in no way a raffle, a lottery or a sports bet.

Exceptional cases

A) In the event that Noam swims outside the proposed time slots, the closest time slot will then be considered the winner:

Example :

- Noam swims in 9:58 p.m., so the 10-11 p.m. time slot will be considered the winner.

- Noam swims in 27h34, it is then the 25h-26h time slot that will be considered the winner.

B) In the event that the event were to be canceled or interrupted, the draw will be made among all the participants.

C) In the event that the event were to be postponed, the forecasts are postponed to this new attempt.

Winner Selection Process

A few days after crossing the lake, initially scheduled for July 2021, we will randomly and impartially select the winners who have made a donation in the right time slot.

The winners will be contacted by email to find out their contact details in order to organize the transfer of the prize. In the event that a winner does not respond within a reasonable period of 7 days, the organizer reserves the right to hand over the prize to another person meeting the Conditions of Participation.

The organizer will send the prizes to the winners within a reasonable time which may vary according to the conditions of the suppliers of the prizes. The condition of the lot is guaranteed in good condition by the organizer before sending, but the condition of the lot upon receipt is not guaranteed by the organizer.

Use of batches

Prizes cannot be sold or exchanged.

The guarantee of the prizes is not provided by the organizer. We recommend contacting the batch supplier directly.

Cancellation, interruption and postponement

The organizer reserves the right to cancel, interrupt or postpone the event if it deems it necessary. In this case, the measures mentioned in the point Exceptional cases come into force for the draw of this action.

Purpose of the action

This action aims to support the partner association of the Lake Geneva Odyssey: The Association for the Safeguarding of Lake Geneva based at Rue des Cordiers 2, 1207 Geneva. Therefore, the profits of this action will be donated to him. We draw attention to the fact that from your donation will be deducted:

- Transaction fees

- Accommodation costs

- Promotional costs

- Management fees

- Postage costs
